What types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Ideal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Our payment provider is Mollie.
Can I put in a custom order?
Sure you can! If you want an item in a different colour, or if you have something specific in mind, just send us a message! We do handmade custom orders, but please send us a message first to check with us if we can make it happen. ^.^ It all depends on the available material we have in stock. Please keep in mind that custom orders take a little longer to process, but we will let you know an estimate in advance.
What if an item I really like is temporarely unavailable?
Just send us a message and ask us when the item you like will be back in stock again! We have limited stock, but we will always try
to replenish our inventory as soon as possible. Please just check back or write to us. We will try to reply within 2 business days, pinky promise within 5 business days.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes we do! We don't mention our website on the package. Also, as contents of the package we mention Novelty accessory on custom documents (if needed).
How long does it take to receive my order?
We are always thriving to ship out packages as fast as possible, but we might need some time to process your order. Please check out the current processing time of the item on the product page itself. If there is any urgency, please let us know and we will try our bestest to ship out your package as fast as possible.
Stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Handmade items ship within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes we update shipping times because of
busy times, so always check out the processing time of your item on the product page itself.
Orders are processed throughout the week. Domestic shipments usually take 1 or 2 business days for delivery. International

How do I know the status of my shipment?
You will receive an e-mail notification from us, once the package is shipped, as well as a notification from DHL to be able to follow the journey of your
package. We use DHL with tracking for our domestic and international shipments. Domestic shipments can be tracked on
www.dhlparcel.nl. International shipments can be
tracked on www.dhl.de.
My package is lost, now what?
We only send our packages with DHL tracking, so you will be able to follow your package. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages! DHL is responsible for the correct delivery of your package. If something is up, please let us know. We will always try our bestest to help you out. At the same time, don’t forget there is always a chance the package might be delayed by the carrier or by customs. If you ordered from outside of the EU, please give it some time. If you think your package is lost, please contact us and we will try to sort things out.
Do I have to pay custom fees if I order from outside of the EU?
All international orders are subject to custom fees determined by the country of destination’s regulations. These fees vary per country. Please contact your local customs agency for the exact details on these charges.
If you refuse to receive the package, or if you don't pick up your package on time, we will not issue any refund. You are responsible for the original shipping
charges and all additional charges that might occur, such as duties and costs of returning it to us.
Is it possible to change an existing order?
Unfortunately, we can't change orders that are processed and shipped. We will try our best to correct an order if it has not been shipped yet, but we can’t guarantee it, since there are some factors which are out of our control once the order was completed. Again, we will try our hardest in these instances, that is a promise.
Can I return something I bought?
Of course you can. Please send us a message within 14 days after you received the item. We will send you the return information. The item should be returned within
30 days from the moment of delivery. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse returns on custom orders or certain items that could be considered unsanitary, like butt plugs, ball gags or
pacifier gags. These items cannot be returned once the sealed package is broken.
Please, double check with us first, before you send any items back. We will give you a refund for the product, not for the shipping,
unless an item is faulty or defected, or if a mistake was made by us.
Do you give guarantee on your products?
Yes we do! We tested each product before adding it to our collection and we trust in the quality of our products. Therefore we give a
standard one year guarantee on all products in our store. After all, happy customers are our main priority!
We are only selling our products as novelty items to responsible adults for consensual and safe play. We trust you to be careful and wish you an amazing time with our creations, but we take no responsibility for any misuse of our products.
