We are only selling our products as novelty items to responsible adults for consensual and safe play. We trust you to be careful and wish you an amazing time with our creations, but we take no responsibility for any misuse of our products.

What types of payments do you accept?

 

We accept almost everything through our payment provider Mollie.


We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Ideal.

 

 

Shipping

 

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

 

 

Shipping Times

 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. We use DHL with tracking for our domestic and international shipments.

 

Predicted delivery times are between 3 and 15 working days outside of the Netherlands.

We will get you your goodies in a few days within The Netherlands.

 

We are always thriving to ship out packages on the next day and orders are processed throughout the week.


Keep in mind we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To avoid that, we only send our packages with DHL tracking. At the same time, don’t forget there is always a chance the package will be delayed by the carrier or by customs. In that case, just contact us and we will try our hardest to sort things out.

 

Order Tracking

 

You will receive an e-mail notification from us, once the package is shipped as well as a link to the courier’s website to be able to follow the voyage of your package.

 

Customs

 

All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by the country of destination’ s regulations.

 

These fees vary country by country, please contact your local customs agency for the exact details on these charges.

 

If you decide to refuse to receive the package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and all additional charges that might occur, such as duties and cost of returning it to us.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

Is it possible to change an existing order?

 

Unfortunately, we can't change orders that are processed and shipped. We will try our best to correct an order if it has not been shipped yet, but we can’t guarantee it, since there are some factors, that are out of our control once the order button was pushed. Again, we will try our hardest in these instances and that is a promise.

 

Can I return something I bought?

 

In general, if you bought the item less than 30 days ago and it has not been worn and used, the answer is yes. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse returns on certain items that could be considered unsanitary.

 

Please, double check with us first, before you decide to send the unwanted item back. Those unsanitary exceptions should be self explanatory as well, but please, make sure you get in contact with us in any case first. We will issue store credit or we will work with you to find an amicable solution regarding your return.

 

 

What if an item I really liked is sold out?

 

Please, bear in mind, we are a start-up with limited resources, therefore, the number of items in stock is quite modest and there is a chance that we will sell some products out fast. We will always try to replenish our inventory as soon as possible, please just check back or write to us.

 

 

Last, we are very open to the possibility to feature products from manufacturers, who's merchandise fits the theme of our store.
